Nah. Malpractice represents a fraction of health care costs. The second point is more valid although there are plenty of French, German and Canadian biotech companies out there. But one has to ask... do we really want to develop more complicated therapies for people with end stage cancer? We spend billions on treatments that prolong lifespans by weeks.
