I’ve been sitting on this for a month a half. Someone sent me this, but did not want me to admit that I got it from someone else. I can’t, however, use this as my own research not only because it would be ethically wrong, but also because I don’t know if this is accurate. I won’t use the identity of the person, but this is the research. It seems very extensive. It also conforms to what I once found.
