... And, so after another even later night, we managed to head off to a class with South African Quilter, Rosalie Dace. This was a design class and it was very exciting to sit and listen to some great inspiration from Rosalie. I got about this far, and did another abstract quilt design: Rosalie works with lots of different fabrics and embellishments and I had so much fun just ' ... ... was what teachers we'd want to bring to us. Go Forth into the UNknown

... nice as well.  The booths were filled with gorgeous, and I mean gorgeous, quilts.  Way to go Victorian Quilters...I had the lucky adventure of spending four days with Rosalie Dace.  Having heard she was wonderful I was booked in before I knew what to expect. Not being an "art quilter" I fell into a world that made my brain and ... I am an artist who is passionate about design, color, pattern and texture. My medium is quiltmaking and I love looking at, feeling and working with fabric and other textiles.
