My Note - A couple weeks ago, more or less, I had been looking at the earthquakes listed on the USGS site and the area of Qinghai China – one of the maps showed the earthquakes from the past week before the day I was seeing the information, as being one on top of each other and there were a lot of them from just one week – like 18 or something. At first, I was tracking those with a Google map and then I got to wondering what else was in the area and whether any nuclear facilities, high energNorway recently had a federal election. The newspaper Dagbladet produced an interesting infographic to show how people voted: it took the Oslo subway map and colour-coded the lines to match the results . This could be fun to apply to Toronto since our system is much wider and stretches into more ridings than Oslo.
