MEMORIAL DAY EVENTS TMA tours: Get the inside scoop on what’s new, interesting and artful during docent-led tours. Memorial Day Parade: The Glass City will salute area veterans and those serving in the military. A ceremony will be conducted in front of the War Memorial after the parade and a picnic for veterans will follow. 10 a.m.-noon May 23, SummiEvents are subject to change. MOSTLY FOR ADULTS Parents should determine appropriateness for children Wildwood Manor House tours: “Built in the 1930s in the Georgian Colonial style, this home was the family estate of Robert A. Stranahan, co-founder of Champion Spark Plug Co., and his wife, Page.” Tours at quarter after and quarter till the hour noon-5 p.m. Wednesdays-Sundays through November, Wildwood Preserve Metropark, 5100 W.
