She said, "executives keep coming to me with stuff they find on the internet, stuff they find on YouTube about us, and say, 'take it down!' Of course, I have to explain that I can't take it down. No one can."If your brand has any traction at all, people are talking about you. Of course, they've always talked about you, but now they're doing it in writing, in video and in public.Today, Squidoo Fortunately, we are here concerned with only one side of Rousseau — assuming, indeed, that it is possible to detach for consideration one aspect of his legacy. Ephemeral Isle Stomach trouble

For a man who has a thin stream of blood running through his caffeine system, that is a hard cross to bear. It's made even worse because I have to sleep propped up on pillows to keep the stomach acid from sloshing up the dinner pipe. ...BG devices can perform writes larger than 32767 butes on a stream connection. Everyone is Getting Twitterjacked Hackers

The New York Post appears to be the latest victim of Twitter-stream hijacking, judging from the newspaper's latest tweet . But this has been happening all to often lately. Why Twitters Growth Is Fueled by the Over Thirty Crowd

image credit: WilLiaoToday's New York Times business section features an article on Twitter. Specifically, it discusses how much its growth in popularity is being fueled not by teens - the usual source of exponential growth in new Internet technologies - but by adults, more specifically those over thirty. My colleagues have been pointing this out to me for some time - that teenagers are not tweeting as much as expected. The article posits that young people are more frequent "texters" and prefer oParticularly concerning is that use of the term “waters of the U.S.” could mean any puddle, ephemeral stream or drainage basin. Jakob Nielsens advice on writing Twitter posts for a business

Good stuff . When to Tweet My last design decision was when to post the message to the Twitter timeline. My preferred tweeting time is 9:01 a.m. because it encompasses working hours from California to the U.K. and thus reaches a majority of our customers. In this case, however, German readers and others in continental Europe were particula

AntiAmericanism in Pakistan reaction to Pakistanphobia in the USA

Various recently published polls have shown a high level of Anti-Americanism in Pakistan. American analysts have been unable to get to the root cause of the issues. American media spouts a steady stream of venom against Pakistan and the US leadership say undiplomatic things about Islamabad without thinking. The thinktanks espouse Pro-India policies or Anti-Pakistan proposals. All these, plus a war in Afghanistan and Iraq constantly reinforce the negative image of American Pakistan is not a newThis is being banged out between shots, on set, so pardon if it seems a little jerky. #205 -- one pf my favorites of this season, perosnally -- was an experiment to some degree. Any showruner will tell you 2nd season's the bear. The one where you go from trying to make 13 perfect little movies to making at least 60 of the bastards. That means playing with the various elements of the show. The metaphor I always use is that you're driving down the highway, and you need to be able to change la
