Last month, I told you about how I met Chef Charles Draghi at the Spoonful of Ginger event. As we chatted, Draghi intrigued me about Erbaluce , his new restaurant, and I desired to dine there, to determine whether Chef Draghi's obvious passion translated into culinary excellence.
