North Carolina Lemon Law Helps Consumers Even Playing Field With Manufacturers

North Carolina Lemon Law Helps Consumers Even Playing Field With Manufacturers The North Carolina lemon law was passed by the legislature to place consumers who purchase problem cars on a level playing field with car manufacturers. Prior to the lemon law, car owners with car problems were left to do battle with the huge corporations. Seeing a problem with the disparity of the parties, the North Carolina Legislature introduced the lemon law, which created the right for a car owner to ffraction , in arithmetic, an expression representing a part, or several equal parts, of a unit. Attributable Fraction

Attributable Fraction - The reduction in disease when a risk factor is removed.Phil Bowermaster at The Speculist has an article on the similarities and differences between coupon clippers and food stamp users. It's well written, and I don't argue with his ultimate premise: there could be other, more scalable models similar to coupon-clipping that consumers could take advantage of. Use of smokeless tobacco and risk of myocardial infarction and stroke

Oral and nasal smokeless tobacco products have been used in many countries for centuries. During most of the 20th century, use of these products declined in Europe and North America, but a reverse trend in prevalence of use has been reported in the past few decades, particularly among people younger than 40. Liberty not Racism Drives Critics of Obamacare

If there was a theme which unites two of the biggest issues bloggers have been reporting, discussing and debating this week, it would be the projections all too many liberals cast on their conservative counterparts.  First, they accused us of backing the “birthers.”  Then, they used various slurs to attack our opposition to the President’s proposed health care reform. They accused us of being tools of corporate interests, not being sincere in our opinions and of instigating violence (when therI was going to apologise for putting this article on the blog, but I’m not going to, as I really enjoyed this and maybe you will too…then again, maybe not Quadrant Online by Walter StarckAugust 11, 2009Global Warming, a Mass ManiaThroughout history episodic eruptions of mass manias have swept societies. Hours of Labour

by Sydney J. Chapman The argument in the more technical parts of this address, concerned with the determination of the length of the working day, may be conveniently summarized with the aid of the following figure. In order to avoid the complexities arising from the redistribution of labour between the industries of a country, suppose that only one industry exists. Measure units of time in the working day along OX , and unit
